Jailed for satirical post, hospitalised, and now granted bail

Defence analyst Abhijit Iyer-Mitra posted satirical tweets about the Konark temple in Orissa. He was subsequently arrested by the police on a wide array of charges. His bail pleas have been rejected by the lower court as well as the Supreme Court but now the Orissa Assembly has pardoned him.
